2 chicken breasts or 4-00g paneer

Easy Madras Curry for 2
1 Fry the spices in a little hot oil for 20 Seconds.
2 Add the Spice Paste and sizzle to release the flavours. Cook for 2 Min, add 50ml water and simmer until
evaporated. Add the diced chicken or paneer and cook until sealed.
3 Stir in the sauce and simmer for 15 Mins until cooked through.
Try 2 diced aubergines and 200g chickpeas instead of chicken for a veggie option.
Personalise by removing the whole chilli for-less heat.

This Product Must Be Cooked.
Just add:
300g diced beef
1 tbsp vegetable oil
50ml water

Cooking Instructions
1 Gently fry the whole spices in 1 tbsp of vegetable oil for 20 seconds
2 Add the Patak's Spice Paste along with 50ml of water, and gently fry until the water is almost evaporated. Then add your chosen meat or vegetables and fry until the meat is sealed
3 Stir in the Base sauce and simmer for 15-30 minutes or until the meat is cooked through. If using Beef or Lamb, allow to simmer for 30 minutes until tender.
